- Introduction: No purchase or service acquisition necessary. Need not be a customer of Broadway Bank or Eisenhower Bank to win. Need not be present to win.
- Eligibility: All entrants must be legal residents of Texas or active or retired military and 18 years of age or older. Only one entry per day, per person. Limit one prize per household. Entry forms cannot be reproduced. Employees of Broadway Bank or Eisenhower Bank, its affiliates and agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Timing: The sweepstakes will be conducted from August 28th 2008, through November 30, 2008.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants should complete the official entry form online at www.broadwaybank.com or www.eisenhowerbank.com, or the official entry form obtained at any Broadway Bank or Eisenhower Bank location. Completed entry form must be submitted to any financial services employee of the banks or via the internet utilizing the official online entry form at www.broadwaybank.com or www.eisenhowerbank.com. All entries must be received by 5 p.m. on November 30, 2008.
- Broadway Bank and Eisenhower Bank and other sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, printer errors or the issuance of any void, misprinted or irregular entry forms.
- Drawing: Winners will be selected in random drawings to be conducted between December 1, 2008, and December 15, 2008, at the Broadway Bank main Banking Center, 1177 N.E. Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78209. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. All federal, state and local taxes and other liabilities are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and an authorization for the use of his/her name, address, voice, picture or other likeness, without compensation for promotional purposes prior to receipt of prize. All winners will be notified by telephone or mail within 10 days of drawing.
- Prizes: Five (5) iPod Touches
- Prize Values: $300 each for a total of $1,500. Total value of prizes is based on suggested retail value. Awarded prizes are considered income and may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC.
- Prize Retrieval: It is the responsibility of each individual winner to pick up their prize winnings before January 12, 2009 at an assigned Broadway Bank or Eisenhower Bank location to be named upon notification of winning. Winner must present valid identification in order to receive prize.
- If winner is unable to receive the prize in person, the prize will be shipped to the winner. Broadway Bank and Eisenhower Bank will not be held responsible for lost or missing shipments containing the sweepstakes prize. Shipping costs and insurance are to be paid by the winner.
