HOW TO GET STARTED:
Just call (210) 283-6789, (888) 454-5345, from your touch-tone phone. Of course, during normal business hours you can always talk to an Eisenhower representative in person by pressing [0] at any time during your call.

To access our automated TeleBank for account information you’ll need:

A touch-tone phone
Access number
Personal Identification Number (PIN). For business accounts, use the last four digits of your Tax ID number
Your account number



CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
Press:
1 Banking Services: Account balances, deposit information, funds transfer, and PIN changes
2 Merchant verification
3 Report lost or stolen ATM or debit cards
4 Rate information
5 Branch locations and hours, ATM locations, and apply for a loan
6 Reorder checks

ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
If you press [1], you will be asked to:

• Enter your access number which may also be your account number followed by the pound [#] sign.

• Enter your personal identification number (PIN) which may be the last four digits of your Social Security number – followed by the pound [#] sign. For business accounts, enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number – followed by the pound [#] sign.



MERCHANT VERIFICATION:
If you press [2], you can verify the availability of funds on a specific check. TeleBank will ask you to:

• Enter the account number followed by the pound [#] sign.

• Enter the check amount, including dollars and cents followed by the pound [#] sign.



REPORT LOST OR STOLEN ATM OR DEBIT CARDS:
If you press [3], TeleBank will direct you to a customer service representative for assistance in reporting your card lost or stolen.



CURRENT RATE INFORMATION:
If you press [4], you can listen to Eisenhower Bank’s current deposit rates (checking, savings, money market, CD) loan and credit card rates.



BRANCH LOCATIONS AND HOURS, ATM LOCATIONS AND APPLY FOR A LOAN:
If you press [5], we’ll give you information about when we’re open–and where–to make your banking easier and quicker. TeleBank will direct you to our automated loan application system, the Loan Connection.



REORDER CHECKS:
If you press [6], TeleBank will direct you to a Clarke American Service Line Plus Operator for 24-hour assistance in ordering your checks.
