| • | Four withdrawals per month allowed without charge; additional withdrawals are $2.00 each | |
| • | If the balance falls below $200 any day in the statement month, a $3.00 maintenance fee is charged for the month | |
| • | Individuals under 18 years of age are excluded from the monthly maintenance fee | |
