OUR PRIVACY PROMISE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

By choosing Eisenhower Bank, you have entrusted us with your sensitive financial information. We are committed to treating customer information responsibly and will diligently safeguard your personal information.

We do not sell your information.

We will tell you the sources of personal information we collect on our customers, along with the steps we take to secure that information. We will tell you what information we share with other entities. If you share your account relationship with others, as co-borrowers or joint account holders, for example, please share this information to ensure that each of you is aware of our policy.

Personal information about you that the bank may collect is:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
• Information about your transactions with us or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose personal information about you to anyone outside the corporate family of Eisenhower Bank, except as permitted or required by law. We do not sell customer information.

We do not disclose personal information about current or former customers to anyone outside the corporate family of Eisenhower Bank, except as permitted or required by law.

We collect information to serve you and share information we collect as permitted or required by law.

We may disclose personal information about you to the only company affiliated with Eisenhower Bank, our holding company, Broadway Bancshares Inc. Any information shared is limited to our transactions and experiences with you, such as name, address, account balances, account activity, types of accounts, payment history, deposit history, and parties to the transactions. Federal law allows us to disclose the above information with our affiliate.

We may also disclose information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, or to companies contracted to process transactions or service your accounts. We contractually require these companies to protect the confidentiality of the customer information and contractually prohibit the use of the information for their own marketing purposes.

Your information is confidential.

We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need that information in order to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.
