What is WAP 2.0?
WAP 2.0 (Wireless Access Protocol 2.0) offers the safest level of security and encryption to support mobile banking. This minimum level of security is required to protect your confidential account information.
How do I know if my phone is WAP 2.0?
Most new mobile devices are now equipped with WAP 2.0 or higher. To make sure your mobile device is WAP 2.0 or higher, check with the manufacturer of your mobile device or your mobile service provider.
Will I be charged for using Eisenhower’s Mobile Banking?
Eisenhower Bank does not charge a service fee for the use of Mobile Banking. Standard internet service and text messaging rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details.
Can I use this if I am overseas?
Yes. Wherever you receive service on your mobile phone, you can access Eisenhower’s Mobile Banking.
Where can I receive my alerts?
In addition to receiving alerts on your mobile phone or PDA, you can select two additional e-mail addresses to which you can receive account alerts.
When I transfer funds through Mobile Banking, when will the funds be available?
Funds transferred through Mobile Banking are available immediately.
Can I pay my bills using Mobile Banking?
Bill Payment is not currently accessible through Mobile Banking.
If I'm already signed up for Online Banking, does that mean I am enrolled in Mobile Banking?
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, simply call our Telephone Banking Center at 888-777-0740 or visit one of our banking centers to sign up for Mobile Banking.
Is information displayed the same way on any type of phone?
Depending on the type of mobile device and internet browser you are using, functionality and display of information may vary.
