Notice of Account Closing

Follow the steps below to close your account with your current financial institution.

1. Select the link below to get the Automatic Closing letter in PDF file format, then save the file to your computer.

2. Enter your information. You will need:

The name and address of your current financial institution

Your old account number and Bank Routing Number

Your new Eisenhower Bank account number and Bank Routing Number

You can find these numbers on the bottom line of your check:

3. Print, sign and mail the letter to your former bank. If this is a joint account, the co-owner of the account will also need to sign the letter.
