Need to contact us? Click Messages on the page. You can send us a message and receive messages, alerts, and other information from us.
 
We strongly urge you to contact us through the Messages feature rather than through regular e-mail. The Messages feature is secured and protects any sensitive information in your message, such as account numbers or passwords. Regular e-mail is not as secure.
 
To send us a message:
  1. Click Messages.

  2. On the Messages page, click Send Secure Message.

  3. On the Edit Secure Message page, choose the group to whom you want to send the message.

  4. Enter the subject for the message and the message text.

  5. Click Preview Message.

  6. On the Preview Secure Message page, review your message. To:

    • Send your message, click Send Message.

    • Edit your message, click Edit Message and edit the message on the Edit Secure Message page.
