Care Corps Mentor Program

The Broadway Bank Mentor Program is committed to making a difference in our communities by supporting our youth with quality time, supporting their goals, and encouraging them to reach their full potential by making a positive impact in their lives.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas is represented in all the school districts in San Antonio which provides our employees the opportunity to mentor at the school most convenient to their banking center or office.

Junior Achievement-JA

Volunteers lead sessions on the economics of life-work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy including dynamic activities that help instill the values of earning, saving, sharing, and working ethically. Classes are held during the school day.

Go Back-to-School with Big Brothers Big Sisters!

Take a break from your regular workday and have some fun by mentoring a child at an elementary or middle school close to your home or office!

“Bigs” and “Littles” meet at the Little’s school and can play board games, visit the playground, work on schoolwork or even have lunch together.

Visits are usually once a week or twice a month and last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
